- Remote – All prices apply to remote work
- On-site assignments (Portugal): +20% | (Germany): +30% (travel costs)

- Weekend/Holidays: +100% (double hourly rate)
- Software/Licenses/Services: charged separately
Payment Terms
- Small Projects (< 2,000 €): 100% upon acceptance (advance payment)
- Medium Projects (2,000 – 10,000 €): 50% advance, 50% upon acceptance
- Large Projects (> 10,000 €): 30% advance, 40% at milestone, 30% after acceptance
- Long-term/Retainer: monthly in advance, 30 days notice to end of month
